One world, two houses

casa nivi is a so-called "casa colonica", which has been repeatedly extended and modified over the last three hundred years. Today casa nivi presents itself as a single large vacation home, situated in a valley with a magnificent view of the plain between Pescia, Montecarlo and Montecatini Terme.

casa nivi has been completely renovated and today consists of two interconnected farmhouses ("casa 1" and "casa 2"). Both units each have a kitchen, a total of 16 beds and a total of 6 bathrooms (WC/shower). The large swimming pool is located next to casa 2 and is easily accessible. The olive grove is easily accessible and offers many impressions of the olive culture in Tuscany.

Booking information

The spacious pool invites you to relax, especially in the warmer months, and enjoy the breathtaking view over the entire valley. The water in the pool is fresh water and is fed from our own springs; the water is treated using filter systems and extremely mild salt. Massage jets and a counter-current system combine relaxation with exercise. There is a sun bed and parasols for every guest. Shower on site.

Restrictions: no glass at the pool, liability at the pool is excluded by the owner in any case.

This price table shows the different rates per month. The two houses, individually or together, are only rented to one family or group, so you can expect no "strange neighbors". In the months of June - September, only both houses are rented together.

The price includes bed linen, kitchen towels, TV (satellite), DVD, table tennis, cleaning on departure, firewood (limited). Not included are gas, electricity, additional cleaning, additional firewood - these are charged according to consumption (wood provided is free, then € 40 per load). A one-off booking fee of €150 is charged for each booking. In addition, 10% VAT (IVA) will be added to the rental price.

Payment information:

Rentals are paid in advance to the account of SIFI Italia Srl. You will receive the payment details with the contract after your booking request. We do not allow bank deductions for foreign payments. Deposit 50% for fixed booking within 10 days; final payment 30 days before the start of the rental.
