The entire casa nivi estate, with its garden, terraces, swimming pool and olive grove, is harmoniously nestled in a gently sloping valley on both sides, where absolute privacy prevails. The old olive trees invite you to linger and explore, and the breathtaking view is limited only by the horizon.

Two houses

casa nivi is a so-called "casa colonica", which has been repeatedly extended and modified over the last three hundred years. Today casa nivi presents itself as a single large vacation home, situated in a valley with a magnificent view of the plain between Pescia, Montecarlo and Montecatini Terme.

casa nivi has been completely renovated and today consists of two interconnected farmhouses ("casa 1" and "casa 2"). Both units each have a kitchen, a total of 16 beds and a total of 6 bathrooms (WC/shower). The large swimming pool is located next to casa 2 and is easily accessible. The olive grove is easily accessible and offers many impressions of the olive culture in Tuscany.

Impressions of the casa nivi

The two units of casa nivi (casa 1 and casa 2) have a large living/dining room (casa 1), or a dining room and living room with separate kitchen (casa 2). There is also a bathroom with shower and WC on the first floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms with bathrooms are located. In casa 2 there is also a "tower room", which offers a unique view and tranquillity.

Arrival
by car

Arrival from all directions via Florence (A1/A11 - Lucca) or Genova (A12/A11) to the "Chiesina Uzzanese" exit, then in the direction of S. Lucia d'Uzzano.

Arrival with
public transportation

Public transportation offers train (Florence or Pisa / Viareggio) to Pescia / S. Lucia (but there are no rental cars and only a few cabs) or then by plane or train to Florence or Pisa and a rental car.

It is recommended to rent a car to enjoy a quiet vacation.
